Terms of Service

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitutes a binding legal contract between Bettora LTD, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales ("the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), and any individual or entity ("User" or "You") accessing or using the Bettora Platform ("the Platform" or "Services"). By accessing or using Bettora, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Bettora provides a performance evaluation platform that simulates betting environments for the purpose of assessing analytical skill, discipline, and consistency. All activity within the Platform is simulated and does not constitute or involve real wagering. Users who meet specific performance criteria may qualify for real monetary payouts based on verified results. The Platform does not offer, facilitate, or promote gambling activities.

(a) Users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally competent to enter into this Agreement.

(b) Users must complete identity verification (KYC) through Stripe in order to receive any payout.

(c) Access to the Platform is prohibited where such access would violate applicable law.

(a) Users shall provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep such information up to date.

(b) The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that is found to contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

(c) Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities under their account.

(a) Bettora offers multiple evaluation tiers ("Challenges"), each governed by specific rules including profit targets, loss limits, time periods, and consistency requirements.

(b) All evaluations occur in a simulated environment. No real-money betting or trading is conducted on the Platform.

(c) Successful completion of a Challenge may entitle the User to real payouts calculated according to Bettora's performance-based reward model.

(d) The Company reserves the right to review, verify, and validate any performance data prior to confirming a payout.

(a) Users must pay the applicable entry fee before accessing any Challenge.

(b) All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

(c) Fees are non-refundable once a Challenge has begun, except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise in writing by the Company.

(a) Payouts are made to Users who successfully meet the Challenge requirements as verified by Bettora.

(b) All payouts are processed through Stripe in accordance with its KYC and compliance procedures.

(c) The Company reserves the right to delay or withhold a payout where fraud, manipulation, or breach of terms is suspected.

(d) Bettora does not guarantee any specific level of reward or earnings.

Users shall not:

(i) manipulate, falsify, or attempt to alter evaluation results;

(ii) interfere with the integrity or operation of the Platform;

(iii) engage in abusive, deceptive, or unlawful conduct in connection with the Services.

All content, design, trademarks, and software associated with Bettora are owned or licensed by Bettora LTD. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform solely for lawful evaluation purposes.

(a) The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

(b) To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bettora LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

(c) The total liability of Bettora LTD for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User for the relevant Challenge.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bettora LTD, its directors, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Platform, breach of this Agreement, or violation of applicable law.

The Company may terminate or suspend access to the Platform at any time for any breach of these Terms or for conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the Services.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Bettora LTD reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms shall take effect upon publication on the Platform.
